The cluster bean or “Guar” have narrow and long body with tiny pods. They are good at decreasing blood sugar levels and cholestrol levels. Because they are organically grown, they are free from chemical residues and completely natural. Broad beans can be used in simple vegetables dish in combination with potatoes and also in fried rice, salads and risotto. To store, place them in a perforated plastic bag and keep inside the refrigerator set at high relative humidity. They keep well for up to a week.
